ACTA - (Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement)

ACTA is an initiative of Japan and the United States. It is
strive for a global standard for the enforcement of intellectual
property. Camouflaged as a trade agreement goes much ACTA,
LOT (!) Further. In the past three years, more than 39 countries in secret
submitted to this agreement to draw. Whoever this will be
NOT democratically by us, the people elected. They represent us in
no measurements, but does create laws behind our backs. Without this
but a word with you and me to discuss this will now become a reality.

ACTA is, it is NOT the House, but the European Parliament
determines whether the public (so you) their internet connection can be taken away,
after criminal proceedings are not excluded!

ACTA legislation is like a SOPA and PIPA legislation against piracy and
infringement of copyright. Not only does this arrangement regarding the
Internet, but also counterfeit products from China are the
ACTA. It even goes so far that (especially long term) will affect
on tourism, food and pharmaceutical industries.

The result of this anti-piracy legislation is that persons files
copyright protected areas can expect a heavy fine, and
might even end up in the cell. But that's not all, if
ACTA really comes about, there will be safeguards
taken. Everything you publish will be non-stop in the surveillance, to
to check whether there might be something in between that violate copyrights.
Sites that share information will be protected by copyright
be taken offline. Considered by many to get this censorship, allowing
become massive protests against the ACTA treaty.
